Modular Rules Additions for SpeedRune

This is my entry into the SpeedRune Jam, it's a set of rules that can be taken a la carte and added into your SpeedRune Game. None of them have been play tested- I'm not even sure I think all of them are good- but I do think they're at least interesting. Hope you enjoy.
